    Evil flatline (Fill Nipple)

    Wahoo. I only got to use my precious..I think..once? Had it since the summer..

    I bought it at store #1. It worked fine there.

    Goto feild #2. Won't fill there... Grr..

    Goto feild number 3 to see if 2 was just bad. Won't work there either. Leave it there for them to fix. It works there as they give it to me. I goto place number 2 again. Won't fill. Blah.

    ... So basically. Won't work in more then one location at a time. I've only gotten to use this thing once and I'm really kinda annoyed at it..

    So if someone tell me the asact name for the fill nipple and internals I need to have this work at ALL the feilds.. you would save me alot of anger.

          IT doesn't fill, or the QD won't go on? I had that problem at Skirmish. My Flatline fills at other places but not Skirmish. I needed an adaptor.

              Eh.. Both. Original problem was it wouldn't fit. After I got one that would fit, it wouldn't fill. Maybe the wrong nipple was put on or something. I'm going to have me dad take it work with him tomarow and give the feild one last chance to fix it. (the place is right next door to him)

                  the second problem is easy to fix. tell them to unscrew it a little and put some blue loc-tite on it, or better, get a shorter one. its happening bcause the plunger isnt able to move far enough to unseat and let air through.

                  it almost sounds like the flatline wasnt drilled far enough in, but dont try modifying it.

                      i also needed the "adapter" at skirmish...... the only other place i have had a problem is at one indoor field in Ct.....

                      the one thing i have noticed is the both halves of the Q/D's from agd work well together.... getting them to play well with others.... can take some coaxing.... though i probly have enough parts laying around to make my own adapter just for these reasons.... agd female coupled to anyone elses male part......

                      lol... i just reread that and now think that will probly make it into one of those sounds dirty but isn't lists
