    Reverse Valve?

i have seen two minimag valve, the rare ones with the air inlet on the left side, and the new ones with the air inlet ont he right side

i know the left side one is the 'reverse' valve... but what is so special about it to warrant AGD making 'reverse' retro's and x-valve's?

if i ordered a reverse retro for my new style minimag, would it have the air inlet on the left side instead of the right side, or what?

i'm confused... and i would like the air line to be run on the left side of the gun... hopefully with retro or x-valve

The reason they make 'Reverse' Minimag/RT/X-Valves etc. is because if your installing it in a stock setup on a minimag, using the vert adapter, and the short Stainless Steel hose youll need to put the inlet hole of the valve on the opposisite side of the power feed plug, because the SS hose that comes stock on a Minimag would have to pass through where the bottom of the power feed where the plug goes.

For Example, if your using a Stock Power Feed Left Minimag setup, you'd want the inlet hole on the left side of the valve (left being your left while your holding the gun out in front of you) leaving the powerfeed and stock Stainless Steel minimag hose from getting in the way of eachother. if you have a setup that isnt set up with the stock SS minimag hose, and your hosing wont be blocked from reaching the valve by the powerfeed, its really up to personal opinion.

so if i ordered a reverse valve, it would have the hole on the left side instead of the right, and would fit in the stock rail and all?
