removing trigger from intelli -easy way?

is there a easier way to get the trigger out of the intelli rather then knocking it out with a alan key or soemthing?
i want to take it out and polish it like i did with my other intelli but this one is being a pain

The best thing I can suggest is a nail punch. You can get them at any hardware store. They should come in a few different size tips. The smallest seemed to work great for me. You are going to have to hammer it out with the punch. There really is no easy way around it.

    Good luck with it.

Try tapping it out the opposite way. Usually you tap it out from the safety side of the frame, but there's no guarantee that this one is that way.

well its already out a TINY bit. probably from wher ethe factory installed it and didn't press it on all the way. so i'm trying to knock it on the other end to make it come out. its i'm trying it from the way i got my other trigger off on my other intelli. but this one is being a pain.

i'm guessing this got mooved to the tech again. even th o no one answered but people did on the paintball talk but oh well. thanks for the answers

well i was wrong, i guess the little part sticking it is from whent hey did press it on a lot. i hit it from the other side liek Black said and voila

espo, yes theres a certain side you gotta hit it on. one side has little rdges. i took a picture of it lets see if it came out good..

Use a drift pin and a hammer. Center the drift pin on the pin and give it a solid hit. Recenter the drift pin and hit it again. Don't give it wimpy taps or try to tap it a bunch of times really fast. Recenter your drift pin each time so you don't scratch up your frame.

A machine press is the best way to get out any press-fit pin, but not many of you have those sitting around in your garages, so a drift pin and hammer is the next best way to do it.

i may do the same thing, but what's the best way of getting it back in? if it's a press fit, that means the pin is actually bigger than the hole (by 3 thousands i beleive the standard is) just hammer it back in?

Yep. Use something wider than the pin so it doesn't slip off and it's easier to hit.
