Barrell Sizes??

Without worrying about paint to barrell match and excluding the freak set etc... what kinda barrell would be the best all round for an automag classic lvl 10 and intelli setup??

The gun doesn't matter it's the size of the paint you normally use. Measure the paint's diameter and get a barrel that size. As far as length get a barrel with about 8-10 inches of unported length (this allows the ball to accelerate fully before it hits the porting). If you want quietness have the rest of the barrel length (past the first 8-10 inches) ported. Overall length is up to you but most people like 12-14 inches of total length. Just be aware that the more porting the less efficient the barrell is. Therefore with more porting you will get fewer shots from a full tank. LVL 10 may make your marker a little less efficient anyway so you might not want that much porting in your barrel to help keep what efficiency you do have. It will be louder but you'll get more shots. If you are not going to change the backs of your barrel don't bother getting a two piece. I believe (my opinion only) that a one piece will give you better efficiency and the same if not better accuracy. Try using some other barrels when you play to see what you like.
(As for the company, if you go with DYE you will pay more for the name) other than that just get one you like.

if ur going to only own one bore size i would stick with like .688 or .689. battlegroup is right u do pay more for a dye but man i love the way they shoot 8) i have tested the ultralight boomstick and tit boomstick and have had almost the same results (IMO) so just get the ultralight if u go with dye. way cheaper!
but there are soooooo many barrels out there find someone with one you like and give er a few shots.
