    E-Mag battery problems :-(

The battery is fully charged, but it continues to say its low. I just bought it yesterday. I'm still waiting for my new nitro to come in so I havent gassed it up. I was hoping that it was just because there was no gas that it continues to say its low.

Check the voltage of the battery with a multimeter.

Check the output of your battery charger.

Does the battery charge start out green and then go red? How long are you leaving it on the charger?

Charge it again and see if it goes up.

It charged for around a minute, and went to 18 volts.

I went through a string of trigger pulls in the E-Mode and it started strong and slowly dropped to where it wouldnt do anything. I checked it again and it dropped to 14 volts.

I just put it back on without recharging, and it started good but failed again, this time it was sooner.

You need a new battery pack.

                  posted answer on different thread

ok i have the answer for you
I too had the same problem. thought it was the battery so i sent it to AGD with the charger. They tested it found it to be nothing wrong so they sent it back. Went out to do a practice and found it doing the same thing again. So This time I sent the emag and battery and charger back. Found it to be the pc board the selenoid was kinda bent. How I have no idea. Works find now.
