due to the mechanics of the valve 'shortining' the trigger at home is impossible.
how long have you been shooting mags? learning how to shoot a mag fast takes a little time, youll get there!if you are thinking about adjusting the length of the trigger rod FORGET IT! that will screw up you gun real bad.
just keep practicing and youll get it right.your friends rt is faster because of the re-active triggert(rt), the valve pushes the trigger back into place and is reading to shoot again faster. plus id be willing to bet hes probably been using a mag longer than you, am i right?
ps 'overstroke'=shortstroking

the retro and xvalves are the same, if ytou want your gun to be a lot more lighter go with xvalve, plus you can't even buy a new retro now id ont think. the retro and xvalves will push your finger back into firing position to eliminate shortstroking.. not 100% but a lot.
with the valve you got now (classic i'm assuming), just learn the trigger pull, pull it all the way, let go all the way
