Flatline Hydro testing questions

hey i got a flatline that was made august of 2000, and i found a place that does testing for 16 buxs plus shipping back and forth, now i was wondering... how do you take the regulator off, or should i just pay them the extra 4 buxs and have them do it?

I say pay for it, it isnt worth $4 to do it yourself and possibly screw it up and mess up your tank
