feild strip and shootdown problems with rt

I've got an original automag rt. After cleaning and reassembling the gun, I but it back together gassed it up and shot it. The first shot worked fine but several rapid shots caused sever shootdown. So I naturally thought that I must have damaged an oring or something. I started unscrewing the feild strip pin and it came out about a quarter of an inch and then wouldn't come out anymore! It'd keep turning but the pin would not come out. If someone could tell me how to get the pin the rest of the way out, then maybe I could fix the shootdown!

I think i've got it figured out. It looks like the guy i bought this from put the wrongs sized oring on the feild strip pin. When i screwed it back in after cleaning, it must have got jammed up inside the gun making it very hard to get out. This also explains the shootdown problem due to the probable constriction of airflow. I'm ording some new orings now, I'll let you know if this fixes the problem.

i had the same problem but i have a benchy frame. the benchy is thinner than the stock frame so you have to shim the strip screw.
