my automag pf acts really weird. when i gas it up it shoots the first couple of balls fine and then just looses pressure. the balls start to drop until they finaly go about 1 foot. i asked for some help from my friend and he said that the internal seals and o-rings may be broken. can you tell me if this sounds right. thanks
Mag not shooting...need help

it doesn't sound like a seal problem, you have no leaks, so the air can't just escape.
what is your setup? compressed air? co2? any extra regulators?
make sure you run 800-850psi in to the gun, if you are using compressed air. if you have a vertical regulator, or any extra reg., make sure you have that set higher than 400-450.

I actually had a similar problem yesterday. I was playing and all of a sudden my shots just dropped off. I still don't really know what happened but it just seemed to fix its self.I have no Sig.

Second Try......
Is this the first couple of shots in a fast string, or just any first couple before it drops off? Don't know how new you are to your mag, but maybe you are short-stroking?

You short-stroke when you dont pull the trigger all the way back and let it come all the way forward before pulling it again. Make sure you arent getting liquid CO2 into the gun.-Gig 'Em Ags!

well i dont think that im short-stroking, but next time i shoot the gun ill make sure i pull the trigger all the way. and i dont think im getting liquid co2 in the gun because it does have an expansion chamber on it. anything else you can think of that may be wrong?

Beverto:
One thing you may want to check is the pin valve on your CO2 Tank. If you are using a remote setup, or an On/Off valve, make sure the valve is open all of the way.
On an On/Off Type tank, make sure you turn the valve all of the way on. On a pin valve, you can probably unscrew the pin in the ASA to make it longer. This should open your valve all of the way, allowing maximum gas flow.
If you have a remote or cradle with an on/off valve, screw it all of the way to the "On" position, then back it out a turn or two. Some pin valves start closing if the pin goes in too far.

Holy cow! Do you really live in Snelville, GA? I've lived here for 18+ years now, and never see anybody (outside of Snellville) That lives here too! Sweet, we'll have to get together and go shoot sometime!

Not a problem. We all had to learn not to do it. Have fun with your mag!
