    Oil on Bolt?

Should i have any oil/grease on the bolt where it touches the spring and where it touches the powertube thing?

No, the bolt shouldnt be oiled at all, its designed to work best dry.

I put a very thin coating of Dow Corning 33 (Shocker Lube) on the bolt and power tube. I'm kinda anal about lubing stuff.

Will the bolt what hasn't any oil/grease wear faster/at all than a bolt what has a oil/grease on the bolts surface?

I don't know if I get that rigth but you should get the idea.

You don't need to lube the bolt/spring.

                      oil

I have been putting oil on my bolts for many years. And a little grease on the sear, both ends. Never had a worn bolt.
