      what type of body do you have? is it vert feed? are you using the right groove in your barrel? check those and you should be fine

          This just happened to me. What is probably happening is that the Freak back is not fully rotating because the lead in the slot is too drastic. Take a small file and put a radius on the ramp in the slot and you should be able to turn the barrel to the correct position.
