i actually think it might be my reg tho, it seems it isnt recharging fast enough
i might have some teflon tape blockin my air going into my reg, or i could have a bad reg seat.Dub V

do what 50 cal said...although i dont know why you would remove your grip frame to time the gun...( so dont remove the grip frame)Rockin' the Cocker.

It sounds like your firing and cocking point are too close together (timing problem). You can fix this by either:
A. Lengthening the timing rod, so it cocks later in the pull.
B. Shortening the sear lug so it fires earlier in the pull.
The gauge thing sounds a little weird. That's be more or less a problem with your inline reg than your Cocker (severe dropoff like that could cause problems while rapid firing with your Cocker. Lower pressures would eventually starve the LPR and cause the cocking pressure to be too low).
IMO, first try and fix (or get a new) inline reg. If that doesn't solve the problem, try to retime it like I mentioned above.Converge Kills

Good Luck!
Sorry man. Good luck. Just remember I told you cockers were fickle markers...awesome when they work and maddening when they don't!

here is one of the better trouble shooting pages out there.
good luck.
also if your gun is working (cocker or not) dont let some Ham Fisted Nimrod mess with it just because they have a set of allen keys

OK seeing how most people dident read that you said your pressure gauge drops down to zero, I will try to help. If the problem is showing on the pressure gauge then the problem is BEFORE the gauge. What type of air supply lines are you running, SS, macro, Micro? You should be useing at least Macro, if your using mico get rid of it. Then check you regulator and all fittings/lines for tape blocking the airflow, If thats not the problem then try a diffrent reg, or if you have a adjustable tank just skip the reg.
