ok i put the 12v mod in my gun with on/off one of the things i notice is my battiers get warm what does that mean

are they warm even when they're not pluged in? that happend to me when i first modded mine to 12v, one of the battiers shorted out and it constantly stayed warm -
they will stay cool intill hit the white button

Could also be you have some of the wires reversed.
In my 12v Revvy when I did the Intelliframe mod to it, I accidently flipped over a connection and it was messing with the positive/negative so the batteries got VERY warm ...
