Smoothing out burs in a barrel? Hone it?

There are 2 very small burs in my original mag barrel, they are near the chamber end. Can I hone this out? If so any tips?

do you mean like little bumps? if you want, most gunsmiths can polish the barrel, but I would get save the $20 or so and get a better barrel, like a freak or tear drop. good luck, InvisBill
