I got the charger tuesday and plug it into the car adapter plug and it imediatly blows the fuse. I put another one in and it blows that one. So I decide to plug it into a 12 vdc 1000 ma AC adapter. The charger starts to get REALLY warm around where you plug the cord into the charger. I then unplugged it. What is wrong and how do I fix it?
