I just got delivery of my TKO classic kit. When I put on my barrel, (with that "zigzag" piece of plastic) and twisted it into place, It doesen't seem to have a good fit. I can wiggle the barrel quite a bit actually. Is this normal?

That zigzag piece of plastic is the new plastic nubbin. There should be 2 ridges where you put 2 barrel o-rings, to secure the nubbin in place and to snug up the barrel to the body. -
