I got a intelli in the mail yesterday. I went to install it today and the on/off dont seem to be catching the sear. If i push the Valve in with my hands twords the barrel it will shoot. Could it be because i dont have rail bushing (the little copper thing in the rail)?

You MUST use the rail bushing.
