good inline or secondary regs for mags

i need some suggestions, what is a good inline reg to use for the minimag.
it's not the gun that makes you good, it's what you do with it

There isn't one. Using one with a HPA tank creates a triple regged system, which causes shootdown, consistency issues. Just get a good HPA tank and keep your gun valve clean and oiled and it will work fine.

If you're using CO2 they work well though. Get a palmer's stabalizer. They work wonders on CO2.

In general I would not reccomend running a Mag on CO2. I know some people do with good results but many do not. I have heard the Palmer Stabilizer seems to work too but why pay for that when with a good HPA setup no other solution is required?

BlackVCG is right, get a good HPA setup and keep it clean, nothing else is required.

          BUT......

If you play where you cannot get HPA fills, and have to use CO2, a Palmer Stabilizer would work well.

If you can get HPA I highly reccomend doing it.

Yeah HPA is best so do that if you can, and don't use a inline reg with HPA.

If you have to use CO2, use an inline reg. I ran on-gun CO2 (vertical asa) and a palmers sideline and never went liquid.

Never thought about Battlegroup's point, everywhere I play HPA fills are available. That's something to consider.

Guess if I play where I had to use CO2 I'd switch to my backup marker, not as nice as my Mag but runs well off the CO2.

well i don't use CO2, so yall can forget about talking about it. but what about a front grip, it's just that i prefer something there for my style of play. is there any good gas through grips or what not for mag's.

I don't use a gas-through grip but I have a Dye one that also has a barrel plug integrated. I like it but I wish the barrel plug was an off color, its black like my barrel and marker so someone is always asking if my barrel plug is in.

There is also an "extender" on the market that attaches to the frame and allows you to mount your grip a few inches out beyond the end of the frame, I don't see the point but I've seen them around.

yeah i've seen the extendors, and i understand what you mean. there pointless. besides it puts the grip to far forward. i was actually thinking about a pmi chrome or smart parts gas through's.

The extenders are actually quite usefull in certain situations. If you have a Z - Grip I don't think a foregrip will fit without an extender. Also if you're running a vertical bottle and have an on/off valve it generally won't fit. With those situations it's either get an extender, have a 15* asa made, or go without.

true, but i need something that i can use for front bunker play since my setup right now (e-matrixz) gets kinda bulky when your trying to get into that small front bunker. and the extender ads more area to the mag which defeats my purpose. i think i'm just gonna go with a front grip and run the gas straigh from the drop forward to the valve. i saw that setup at my field today which is where i work.
