AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.
The main reason to go with a smaller barrel is to get around bunkers and to get a smaller profile. Larger barrels are just easier to sight down because they extend out further. Final answer: Depends on what position you intend on playing. If you are front player and need a smaller profile go with a smaller barrel, back player, get the longer one.
If your a front guy, I'd shoot a 10" or a 12". If you're a mid guy, I'd shoot a 12" - 16" and a back guy I'd say shoot a 14" - 18".
The only thing you get out of a longer barrel is a quieter shot, more barrel length to sight with and the ability to pull back air bunkers to shoot around them and stay concealed.
Look at how you play and what you need and then make the choice.
