    Mag washing

hey i just discovered how easy it is to wash my filthy pb gear with the dishwaser (setting the nob to rinse and having it air dry)

ive tried it so far with simple stuff like mask and guppies

could i do it with a gassed up mag? i used to wash mine with a running hose and then blow dry it without heat after every use and every month give it a full strip down and lube. but i live in an aptment now cause of school and i dont have a running hose + its really really cold

so should i be lazy and try the dishwasher or am i better off taking it to the bathtub or possibly turn the shower on and run it

all while being gassed of course

You're better off putting it in a big bucket of water and swishing it around. That will do the job. The one thing you need to make sure is to get it really dry. If you don't, the bolt spring will rust, the front frame screw and rail bushing will rust and the safety ball and spring can get some rust on them. Just be sure to dry it off really good and take out the valve and wipe the water off of it and the bolt and then put it back in.

yea i dont have a bucket so i did the next best thing i turned the bath water on and cleaned it then i used a compressed air can (kind for computers) and blew the water out from underneat the gas through fraim from the main body and the water out from around the bolt etc. this did wonders i took out the whole pneumadics just to make sure and everything was dry within the body

compressed air cans = my best friends for cleaning now

my gun was filty and it took me 3 minutes to fully wash it...cant do that with an electro. im gonna bring that up next time the peeps at the field bash my RT because its "outdated"

Hey black, where do you go paintballing in the Oregon area?? I want to see your setup with the QD macro... I go jsut about everyweeked to either, portland paintball, or Splat action(Not so much lately because it has been cold).

Also, I lost the nut on the Pressure adjuster that goes on the front of the flatline... Is this a big problem or can i just buy a nut like it from a hardwear store instead of the AGD one because of the SH and such...

        Thankz

I usually play at Weekend Warriors when I'm back in the Portland area, but right now I'm going to school at OIT in Klamath Falls, so the only playing I do is around here and when we have local tournaments.

You're not going to find a nut that thin and that big in I.D. It should be fine not to have it on there, but if you notice the output changing as the day goes on or the field requires you to have one, then get the one from AGD. Call them and see if they can ship it USPS to save on shipping.
