storing gun cuz I won't be playing for a while, suggestions?

    Hey Guys,

I've hit some financial trouble and unfortunately will not be able to play for a few months, and I was wondering if anybody had any suggestions on how I should store my gun since it'll be inactive for a while. Should I just try and gas it up periodically and put some dry fires through it, and clean it? Last time I went on a long lapse of paint slinging the sear got corroded and I had to take my dremel to it, so I'm trying to avoid the same problem. I've got a MicroRT, btw. Thanks!

make sure its not gassed up, for one, and if i were you id give a good look-over, clean out any grime that might cause corroding, etc, and just leave it. a few dry fires and oils every once in a while would be good, but mags dont need it

My Micro sits sometimes for months with no use since its my backup now, but everytime I pull it out it works flawelessly. Just run some oil through it and wipe down any exposed carbon steel with oil and you should be good to go.
That which does not kill us, cripples us for life.
