    Lapco or CP.

Really, since barrels are a pretty much a highly polished piece of pipe, any quality barrel that fits the paint you like to shoot, will work well.

You can get a BOA brass spyder barrel for cheap... they are supposedly excellent.

I have a CP 14" on mine, it is a good barrel, and reasonably priced, too.

I had 2 Spyders. (i'm down to one now) CP barrels performed great on them. I've got a Smert Parts AA 12" that's a good shooter, too, albeit a bit more expensive. BTW, I've got CP's for my E-Mag and 'Cocker also. All of 'em are medium (.689") bore, and work well with RPS paint.

I have CP 14" and Smart Parts Teardrop for my spyder. Both are worst! May be not matched with a Thai -made paint.
Once , I borrow Smart Parts AA 14" , it was much more better.
Right now , I will try PPS brass very soon.......

Dye makes pretty good barrels. Don't pay too much for it though.

I don't think it means squat, barrels. Just get a good med size bbl, and you'll be in good shape. You don't need to freak it if you asking for advice on barrels in here .

I ment a Freak Junior, its a one-piece aluminum barrel that takes the same inserts as the Freak. It comes with one med. insert (.689 I believe) and costs about 140 bux CAD.

for the lower price range, lapco, custom products, and some smart parts barrels are great.

if you want to dish out 100 bucks for a logo on the barrel, get a dye. i had a dye aluminum on my spyder and now have one on my mag. the are good.

Best barrel I've ever used on a spyder was an All-American. J&J stainless, Lapco and CP also work well, but the Spyder just loved the AA.
