    sear position

    this may sounds like a dumb question..........but I am biulding my first mag from the ground up. Does the sear go in the grip frame or the body rail?

    "super multi-green mag" Cp barrels, LX bolt, no-rise, intelli, 47ci flatline, halo................

    both.....

    first the whole sear assy. goes into the rail and is held there by the sear pin... .this is also what the sear pivits on.....

    from there you feed the trigger rod part of the sear through the opening behind the trigger..... if you never did it before it can be tricky, after a while you'll be able to do it without looking....
