Trouble with inserting Barrel

I have a lot of trouble inserting my barrel into my gun. I think the guide is too high, but I do not know how to adjust this. I looked down the tube without the barrel, and it seems to be sticking out a lot higher than my other RT.

I tried loosening the springs, but that did nothing to the height. What am i doing wrong?? Thanks for helping.

Take the grip frame off of the body. There will be a brass ring up front with a hex screw inside it. Bring that down a piece until the barrel goes on easily.
