Question about flatline regulator

i was wondering if you could take a flatline regulator off the nitro tank or build one from parts from the store and put it on any Nitro tank?

Yes, you can take the reg. off the tank and slap it on another one. 2 things about that, first, only a qualified airsmith should do the work... Second, you must got by the lower psi.. Ex. 4500reg & 3000tank, you've gotta go w/ 3000 because of the tank.

So would i be able to put say...an 88ci 3000psi tank on my Flatline? I have a 68 3000 flatline and it doesn't last all day
