    need revvie help

Hey guys i was wondering if you could help me out with a problem my pre BE 9v revvie is having. Any resistance whatsoever on the impeller will make it stop spinning. all it does is make this really annoying weeweeweeweewee sound and it does'nt feed at all. Now its pretty old so i think i just need a new one because the motor may be worn out but do you think its fixable? please help me out guys im pinching a few balls because this thing wont feed (ugly). thanks for any replies!

Maybe the shaft that the impeller sits on is worn out? You could always take off the impeller and check it out. The impeller is attached by a small screw.

Sounds like the servo's blown. Open it up, and clean everything inside, that may fix it, if it's just got some shell or gunk jamming it, but it's probably the servo itself. Easy fix is get a new 12V (Make sure it's an X-Board). Cheap fix is to pull the servo, head down to the local R/C shop and buy a replacement, then order yourself a new paddle just to be on the safe side (Get the 12V paddle, it's better), total cist is about $50 cdn.

The servo's will make noise when they can't move.

        rc motors

someone posted here that a reasonable replacement for the revvy motor is the futaba s3003 (or something CLOSE to that)...i got one from a friend that flies RC planes...but, never installed it...

i can send you a web page, if you need.
