I know that it shouldn't be this hard to fix a problem. When you replace o-rings and seals and all of the things that come with a parts kit, do you normally have to make adjustments to other parts? Like spacers? Piston? on-off assemble? What do I oil and what do I not oil?

There are no Minimags that are Lvl 6.

For a AM to be a lvl 6 it would have to under cf001500 and those were made in 90-91.

Other changes in teh gun ( CF Grip, PT Spacers, UniDirectional On/Off Top ) had no lvl changes in the gun there were just production changes or easy of use and replacent parts.

For the on/off pin sticking remove the on/off (top and bottom) and put two drops of oil in the on/off hole - there should be two orings left in the hole. If they come out when you remove the on/off valve, put them back before oiling.

For the one that is leaking, if you pull th trigger and hold it, does it still leak? If not, remove the power tube tip and put two drops of oil in there. If it does still leak, try oiling the same as I suggested for the stuck on/off pin. Also, check the condition of the reg seal and large oring that seals the back half (a little oil on this oring doesn't hurt).

If it is leaking out the back then the velocity is too high or the reg piston needs to be replaced.

        Good luck, let us know.

Thanks. I will try oiling those parts and trying it again. I didn't want to just start oiling anything and everything in the gun.
