    Revolution O-Ring

When I bought my 2003 verticle Autococker I tried to put my 12volt revy on the feed tube and noticed that the fit was loose. I always had to resort to black electrical tape to get a tighter fit. Well the other night I had a brain storm. I took my trusty Dremel tool and created a trench around the feed neck of the revy and after I was done I stretched a Tank O-ring over it. The results were a hopper that was nice and snug with no play at all. The O-ring stays in its place and dosn't move. Attached is a poor quality pic. But I believe you can get an idea of what I am taliking about.

Wow, I wished VL came up with this before. I think the Ricochet Hoppers have this standard.

Depending on how the ULE bodies fit, I might have to run this little trick on my hopper

I did the same thing to my revy, but had to use the little saw on my gerber pocket tool. I found that the o-rings that hold the nubbins on mag barrels fit really good.

While Viewloader is at it ... why dont they stop using that garbage plastic that keeps causing neck breaks and go back to the super plastic ...

I seriously can jump on my VL200 from 97' and it wont break ..lol

yeah until they upgrade the plastic of the shells I wouldn't do this to newer shelled revy's b/c I have seen many necks break and putting a notch in one can't help with that

Yeah, the ricos have this- actually, 2 o rings on the neck. and they come with diff sized ones to make the fit perfect. I'm a fan.
