If only the nipple broke off, isen't there still a chunk of metal you could grab onto with a pair of plyers?
set up: Micro e-mag with 32 degree chrome flame drop, Level 10, 88/4500 crossfire, 12 in CP, 32 degree whisper and ARADUS 14in barrel, EVO II.

ok, if it is what I think it it....

I would find some way of cutting a couple lines on the inside of the snapped off piece, opposite of each other, then using a firm hand and a flathead screwdriver, slowly back it out.

          OR....
take it so a machine shop, they should have the right type of drillbits to do just this job, should be less than 10 bucks

If you have no problem spending a couple of $$$, you can go to Sears and buy a screw extractor set. You lightly screw the extractor into the nipple and back it out with a ratchet wrench. You can also go to www.sears.com, then tools and search for screw extractor. They come in a variety of sizes for about $6 each.

              I GOT IT FIXED

              Thanks to all that helped
(FOR THOSE WHOM MAY RUN INTO THIS PROBLEM)I went to ace hardware and got a 1/8th SCREW EXTRACTOR bit for my drill.
on the lowest setting i screwed the extractor into the shank till it locked and wouldent move.i then moved it tothe next setting for some torq and slowly turned the marker with my finger still on the trigger of the drill till it loosend the broken bit and it came right out.
the extractor was a meer 3.00 and will be a perminent part of my tool kit from now on.
thanks for all you gys advice See ya on the feild...

It's not as bad as it looks!!! You can get the broken portion out with any Easyout/ broken screw exractors!!! If you do not have one, any machine shop or anyone who does any kind of mechanical work can do it with no hassles in about a minute!!! Good luck!!!

                  i love screw extractors

I use them so much, I usually don't take my time with them anymore, (not recommended for newbs), just turn the drill to med or high speed, lock the ratchet (in my dewalt XRP 14.4v.) and just VROOOOM, whatever was in there, is now out! BTW, make sure the drill is in reverse, better results that way! Oh boy, i'm a pw, another useless post. See ya.
