    E-mag firing Q's

How is the e-mags electronic trigger activated? Is it activated by the magnets or does it have something to do with the sear? I was inquireing because I would like to adjust the trigger pull to my liking and have no idea how to do so. What plastic molded thing is the instruction manual talking about, that had to deal with changing the marker to hybrid mode? Any help woyld be greatly appreciated. Also my e-mag's vale serial is 00686. Is this a very old E-mag?

In E mode it fires through the use of a magnet and a HES in the frame. It's cleaner and more reliable than a microswitch. In mechanical the sear fires and the rod kicks back, just like in an RT. Hybrid is electronically fired but still has an RT kick, slightly longer pull, than E-mode, but very fast. You get Hybrid mode by turning the elctronics on and switching the gun to mechanical mode

Bill Mills has a good run through of thr trigger adjustment in a review he did a while back, Check out http://www.warpig.com/paintball/tech...g/review.shtml and scroll about halfway down. He explains it better than I could, and uses pics.

What version software do you have in you E-mag? It'll flash up as soon as you turn the gun on.
