Stubborn hose elbow on RT

I'm trying to remove the elbow from the stock grip tank mount on my RT but the elbow doesn't want to come unscrewed. Is it just gonna take some muscle (i'm afraid of breaking something) or is there some method i can use. Trying to detach it so i can put it into my flatline. Thanks.
