Will this make my marker better?

I have a Air America Apocalypse regulator. That is a adjustable regulator.

So here is my question: Will my marker shoot more accurasy or better in any ways if the marker's pressure is lower than 750-850 psi?

    Thanks

Why have a adjustable reg on a mag? They have regs built in?

But to answer your question no, the reg in the mag will take the pressure of whats put in down to 375psi (i think), but its reccomened that the gas is put in at 800-850 psi for best results, i have no idea why.

So you mean that it won't depend what is your marker's out put pressure bacause the marker itself will anyway make the pressure about 375 psi???

Well if the output pressure is lower than 375 psi (just a crazy thougth)??

No. The pressure of gas going in has to be around 800-850 i dont know why, someone else will though. But it would be pointless trying to do it because a mag will always fire with 375psi.

If your tanks output pressure is lower than it should be i suppose the gas wont be able to travel through the valve?

no, pressure has nothing to do with accuracy. people have done tests that justify low pressure having no effect on accuracy. LP is more of a fad that goes around in paintball.

you have a reg inside your mag that automatically brings the pressure down to about 375psi. you need a good difference between regs (tank and built in reg) for them to work right though. that is why the recommended pressure it 800-850.

If a mag does not see a nearly instant rise to around 800 psi it will not gas up right and will leak out all over the place. It has to be around 800 and since there is a chamber that has to fill up to about 375 a higher pressure differential will fill the chamber faster and shorten recharge and lower shootdown. Lower pressure will also reduce the amount of trigger bounce and might lead to shortstroking. As has been said low pressure on a mag is not a good idea.

The AGD A.I.R. regulator requires at least 500psi headpressure to work, 700-850psi headpressure will insure it recharges at it's design rate (fast!).

If your Air America tank is already regulated, fine, adjust that out-put to 800-850psi and the on-gun A.I.R. valve will take that down to 375-400psi to fire the gun. This is all the regulation you need, any more and you will begin to starve the gun
