    E-Mag Valve Woes

I have and e-mag valve with LVL10 installed
I can usually figure out the problems myself, but i am a little stumped on this on.
Today i was shooting my gun and all of a sudden air started gushing out of the back velocity adjuster hole. i pulled the trigger a few times and it stopped, i shot it 20 more times and it did it again.

I have running the Longest spring. And my velocity is right aroudn 280 and i have been runnjng thist setup for several months with not leaking or anything.

    what could be my problem

I cant' help you, but i would like to join in by saying that i have had the same thing happening to me with one of my retromags off and on for the past month. very strange. It seems like the regulator is sticking, but when i take it apart and check it out, everything LOOKS fine.

    Help is DEFIITLY appreciated.

      hey man smokee,
i was told by an AGD tech to take the reg piston out and change the o-ring, and while the o ring is off clean all the crap off of the piston. and the take and clean out the regulator side (back half) of the valve (the inside, and put a new o-ring on the piston, and lightly oil it and slide it in, then clean all of the grease off of the spring packs and just put a very very thin coat, don't clob it on there, it is just to keep it from rusting i am told. and the he says take the two halves apart and replace the reg seat o-ring and clean the reg seat holder.
99% of the time i am told that fixes the problem.

        Cool,

Will do as soon as I get a chance. I had an idea that the reg. piston o-ring might be the culprit. To much grease on the spring pak is news to me though- - will definitly check it out.

        Thanks,
