it takes all my freakin weight to put on my barrel, is it the pin in the gun, and how do i fix it?

take off your grip frame and rail. Once you get the rail alone, you'll see the little pin that holds the barrel in at the front end. On the bottom side of that pin assembly, there is a small hex screw. Turn this out until the pin is soft enough to easily remove or insert your barrel.
