Not feeding right

I just bought a used automag and just got it today. For some reason it doesnt seem to be feeding right. The ball will not go into the chamber. Is this because its powerfeed or something? I have the right size paintballs i think. If it is a powerfeed problem what do i need?

Make sure you are using fresh paint.

Next make sure your barrel is inserted and locked in properly. If it is, try a different barrel.

Make sure your powerfeed plug is inserted all the way, and read the powerfeed plug post at the top of this forum.

make sure you have the parabolic feed plug

and make sure that the parabolic plug is in right direction. if this is turned in anyway, it won't feed.
