    Does Remote slow us down???

I was wondering about getting a remote for my minimag? will it slow me down in speed ball? will the air move a lot slower because of the remote?

    Please help me out...

Yes, the remote will effect recharge rates under high ROF. The hose is one huge air chamber, wheather you'll notice it, is doubtfull.

I dony know about it on a mag. but I use a remote on my spyder and it works great. I even tried it without the remote (on-gun) once jsut to see if the remote was causing any shoot-down. didn't make a difference.

I used my remote on my mag last weekend, worked great. it is really a preferance thing.

do your remotes cause your tank to leak ALOT when you first screw them in, and then when you unscrew the tank? or is mine just messed up?

yours sounds messed up. it shouldn't do anything when you screw the tank in, unless you have the remote screwed to the "on" position. I use a slide-check so I only have to turn it on and off once a day.

The hose might now slow you down but I would think it would make it difficult to maneuver as easily. For example, switching hands would be hard.
