Optimal Output Pressure?

I am looking to make my mag more reactive. I know that I can accomplish this by getting an adjustable tank and setting it to a higher output pressure.Can I go to high? Tuna told me that it can cause bolt and sear damage.I'm looking for maximum reactivity without endangering my bolt or sear.Please post your thoughts.Thanks

dont go over 1000 and you should be fine.

950 should be more than enough. :)

anything over 1000 - not recommended.
