    Powder Coating Question

    I've got a stock Mini and would like to get the body powder coated. I need to know how much to expect to pay (approx) and the specs as to which parts of the body cannot be coated. I know that the inside can't be coated, but what about the underside where the rail and the body connect?

              I'm not going to attempt it myself, and I don't want to send it off. There is a powder coating shop by my house, and I just want to know what to expect. Can a standard/stock Mag body be powder coated as is? Meaning, does it need to be stripped of anything in the stock condition?

                  well i can powder coat a body and rail for 20 buck that prep strip and spray but thats just me i think thats a fair price

                      I got my mag powdercoated by Ro-Man Custom I got flames done by ro man aka mike he did a decent job but if your just going to get a fade or a solid color he's a cheap good quality powdercoater 60 bucs for four pieces 1 color he gave me two colors/coats for free so he's a pretty cool guy. You have to strip the grey/brown coating of the main body and strip the black off the body rail. Hope I helped
