Standard Feed to Powerfeed body? Low Rise?

Ok, I recently purchased an old rt pro from one of my friends but now have to mess around with it. I got a decent deal on it ($300 for an old rt pro (Serial <900), 12 in boomstick (more about that later) drop and benchmark 2x and he threw in a 47 3000 since i didnt have a ca tank). Im starting to look at what I want to do to make the gun fit my preferrences more. First off, an old vertical feed vs powerfeed question. The gun has vertical feed, ive heard a lot of bad stuff (blowback) about it and moving from a m98, im used to sighting down the top of the gun. Also, I noticed after I purchased the gun (I wasnt too knoledgable about mags) that the barrel is for powerfeed mags. Should I be looking for a new barrel to keep the vert feed or a new main body for powerfeed. Also, outside of the intellifeed option, will switching to an intelliframe blow the benchmark 2x out of the water? Thanks for any help

Power feed barrels can be modified to fit center feed bodies, but if you prefer power feed maybe you could find someone willing trade bodies. Yes, intelliframes are way better (in my opinion)

What is involved in modifying the barrel to fit?

There are those L-shaped grooves, you have to cut a new one I think. Someone will correct me if I'm wrong.
