    low pressure

ok, i'm sure this question has been asked before, but i just went sifting through 15 pages of tech forum posts and i couldn't find it. what i'm wondering is how exactly does a low pressure system work? does it use volume to make up for the loss in pressure? and if so, how does the valve ensure that the large volume is vented quickly enough to propel the ball with equal force? i dunno, i just never really understood the whole low pressure concept
