Converting screw in tank to quick connect?

I just got a hpa tank that is a screw in type. How do you convert it into a quick disconnect/non screw in type?

    Thanks

Cool thanks, anyone ever put a brass on off valve(like pin valve but without the pin) on a hpa tank? It doesnt even sound feasible but i like that sort of thing. I have replaced pin valves in Co2 tanks before, thats nothing new.

A long time ago there was a company that made a product called a "Quick Draw". There were 3 parts, one that screwed into the guns ASA, and 2 that screwed onto 2 tanks ASAs. This allowed you to connect your tank with a 1/3 twist. You may be able to find some one that has a set they want to sell or trade. I would post a picture but I have'nt mastered that task yet. I have 2 sets, I may be willing to trade for someting. I'll think about it. If anyone wants to post a picture for me, I can email a picture. The down side to this thing is it adds about 3 inches between the tank and gun.

            Grumps.

sorry, thats a co2 tank valve. you need a reg for an hpa tank. your best bet would probably be to just get an asa with an on/off.

yeah, get an ASA with an on/off. Then put a quick disconnect on the ASA output and connect the ASA to the gun with a removable drop.

Only issue is going to be how good the on/off is on the ASA: it may still bleed a little gas over time, and it would probably be safer to just to take the tank out when storing it
