    Threading for stock gripframe?

I have been searching around on the forums...but I can't find a post that tells me. I saw it before but I can't find it now.

I need to go out to Canadian Tire and get some screws for my drop forward that I just bought. I got it all in the mail and I was all excited...but I couldn't put it on!!

So I need to know the threading and length of the screw that I would need. I have the AGD Stock Frame and a PMI drop forward.

Also, can I get good ones for AGD that have allen holes instead of a screwdriver one? Because I like to use allen keys, they are easier and can tighten better.

    Thanks,

    Mike

mike this is Doug. when you take off the grips there should be two little nuts inside. i couldn't find any screws either so i bought some screws and when you buy screws little nuts come with them. i just took out my nuts and replaced them with the ones i bought. then the screws just go in

I think the screws are size #10-24
I am almost positive this is correct.

I will try the 10-24...I knew it was something like that. Doug that's a pretty good idea...does anyone know the threading for the grips too? Haha, because I got tape holding mine on .

10-32 screws for the bottomline and the front grip frame screw. Can't remember the size of the screw that holds on the grips. Take off the grips and tap out the brass piece that the screws thread into. Take that into the hardware store and find a screw that fits.

Yea I asked this question a while ago they are 10-32 and you way need anything between 1/4 to 1/2 inch depanding on your drop construction.

              Yep they're definitely 10-32.

10 refers to the diameter, and 32 to the number of threads in an inch? not sure on that.

That's alright. I alrady went out to Crappy Tire and picked some up. But if you have allen hole ones that would be really cool. Because the ones I have are like a Phillips screwdriver one. Lol...

oh and i got the 1/2 ince length with my cp drop and it works with my hyperframe but with a stock gripframe you may want like 3/4 inch. if u mean the asa screws on the bottom of the frame and the one in front of the trigger they are 10-32 with the stock nuts.
