Barrel question

I'm looking for a 12" Automag barrel that is only ported on the last inch or so.

Any ideas?

I just got a Lapco Bigshot (stainless) and it's only ported at the end of the barrel.. about the last inch or so.

The 10" Dye Boomstick is only ported about 1.5 inches also.
The 12" has a little bit more, probably more like 2 inches of porting.

Are you sure about the Boomsticks? Every photo I've seen there are holes running more than half way down the barrel. (the entire black portion).

lapco bigshot and autospirit both fit your description. bigshot is for medium bore paint, and autospirit is for small bore paint.
Mine shoots great, but it is a lot louder than my boomy. (bty, my boomy is ported for the entire front half)

Helfire!?!?!

Im not to sure whether you can buy them for the mag but they only have porting in the last inch. A team mate runs a Helfire barrel on his Inferno T3.

My 10" Dye Boomstick ONLY has the very tip ported. Looking at the above pic, it would be the last five ports (done on 4 sides of the barrel, making that 20 holes).

So your's does not have the row of holes all the way down like the picture? That would be fine. Maybe it's only on the 10" that the tip alone is ported.
