my automag classic has an e-lcd grip frame that i am pretty sure is a 32 degrees or a boo-yah trigger frame. (doesnt say the brand name just says e-lcd mag) and i put a battery in that i know is low. the lcd screen comes on and i can switch modes and see everything clearly but it only makes a very small slight noise that you can barely hear and the sear does not click at all. i had the marker gassed up and i dont know if the velocity had anything to do with it but is there somethign wrong with this?

Sharpshooter, if you put a low battery in, it sounds like you have just enough juice to light the lcd but not activate the solenoid? I am guessing here since I know very little about these e-lcd frames. I am looking at one right now that is made by Maco, which used be the same as boo yah. Have you had a chance to use your mag with this frame, and do you like it? --BRAD--68 classic standard feed all polished.
level 10,system X drop forward and 68/4500, 14" boomstick soon to become retroed!

okay, booyaahs can take standard 9v batteries, how ever the frame is ment to have a 9.6v, the battery gauge won't work if you put a reg 9v in there. Also the standard 9v will drain really quickly. In one case my friends booyaahs one of the close to 10 I have fixed/worked with wouldn't function with out a 9.6v battery. Take off a side of your grip and have your mag gassed up etc. Push the solinoid plunger towards the rear of the marker, if it fires, lmk. Check out my FAQ and gimme your full marker specs.
