It could be as simple as the inner diameter of the barrel maybe smaller than the paint your trying to shoot. I would take it back to place of purchase and see if they can give you one with a larger i.d. If not buy smaller paint and see if that helps.

first off I have a grudge against anything 32 degrease makes, so I won't go there.

however that aside and giving them the benefit of the doubt. have you checked to see if your paint matches your barrel? just put a ball in the back of the barrel just past the detent, then cover the breach hole and try to blow the ball out. if it's hard to get the ball out then the paint it too big for that barrel if it all but falls out then something else is wrong, and it probably just that you bought 32 degrease junk. sorry but I own too much of their stuff to not knock it.

I love mine! The 32 Degrees Carbon Fiber barrel is a smaller medium bore. And that competition paint is crap. It would break in the feedtube before it got into the barrel! And if we dropped it like three feet it would break. It had a really cool fill though! lol! But Id change paints or somin man. My carbon fiber hardly ever breaks paint.

          ENDO!

You do have the ball detente in, correct? If no, you WILL have serious issues with ANY barrel.
