Does the LX bolt lighten trigger?

I am thinking of upgrading to the level ten bolt. Just wondering if the bolt also lightens the trigger, which would be a factor for me whether I upgrade or not. I don't play enough to care about ball breaking but having a much lighter trigger sounds great.

    Thanks.

If you're looking for a lighter trigger, you money would best be spent on an Intelliframe or an X-Valve. The LX will reduce recoil and ball breakage, but I haven't noticed a reduction in trigger pull. Sorry.

However, the LX is a very worthwhile upgrade. Something I don't think you'll appreciate until you use it.

I find that a well tuned level ten tends to smooth out the trigger pull. Not necesarilly lightening it, but making it less jerky. As long as you don't turn up your velocity too much and try to use the longest spring (thus causing you to have to pull against more on/off pressure), it should (in theory at least) make the trigger lighter by removing some the snappiness of the sear being snapped off the bolt b/c of the pressure balance between the air pressure force and boltspring force is better than in a level 7 mag.

a tiny dab of grease on the tip of the sear can help a lot.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but xvalve/level 10 doesn't do a darn thing to trigger pull. Intelliframe will make it FEEL a little lighter because of better leverage. but thrigger pull's pretty much set.
        sigs are overrated.

Go with the LX, like Smoken said LX will help with the trigger, not necessarily lighten it, but it does make it smoother. For me this helped a lot, I could only get about 6bps out of the Mini w/o LX, now I can get about 9bps (for short spurts only though)!
However the LX makes such a difference for accuracy though. Before when firing fast I had to more or less jerk the trigger and then with the gun jumping (not much but it does jump) I couldn't hold onto the target very well. Now since I don't have to jerk the trigger and since the gun doesn't jump at all (seriously my gun doesn't jiggle at all when I fire it), I can hold onto the target a lot better!!!

I didn't get LX for any other reason than to say I had it originally, but now I realize that it has changed my gun so much for the better I can't see how I did it.

For all of you that think that this might not be true, I have let all my paintballing friends shoot my mini w/LX and then shoot my friends auto w/o LX; they all say my gun is completely better, and the only difference between the two is LX, seriously!!!!
