    ule on a minimag

to put a ule body on a minimag do you have to mill out the existing rail or buy a new ule rail or can you use the stock minimag rail? if you have to change the rail then i probably won't get a ule. also pictures to show what it looks like up close would help.

I don't have pics.....but the ULE body will fit the Minimag rail. The lug that the front screw goes into is round instead of rectangular. The body will fit right on. The minimag body on the other hand will not fit a RT Pro or and e-mag with out modification. The ULE body will fit on the Minimag though.

Blaze beat me to it, but I was looking for the Differences thread that Rob created a while back. Check it out, here:
This is the forum for trouble shooting your Airgun Designs products, including the Automag, RT, E-Mag, and WarpFeed. Also a great place to ask technical questions about non AGD products. An Airsmith's homeroom!

FYI - the ULE bodies have the ROUND lug.

that's great news thanks guys, so the only reason people mill their rails is to reduce weight? Also speaking of weight how much lighter is the ule body from say the minimag body?
