ULE Rail

it was primarily designed for emag. standard rail weighs about same as ULE, so there is really no point, if weight was the reason. for RTpro rail, it would be some saving, but you will lose the hole for the front grip. (also, rogue factor can mill the existing rail out for reasonable price, and you don't need to refinish)
I milled my emag rail out myself, and saved about 3oz. and I did not have to refinish.Comment

No.
ULE was designed primarily for Emag. So it uses the RT Pro/Emag rail. Omega rails are designed for classics and what not. Big difference is that ULE rails have a part for a screw in pivot rod for the sear assembly whereas the Omega has a pivot rod that sits inside the rail itself.Comment

Pretty much. It has about the same amount taken out of the inside. Bad news, tho: They don't make them anymore, and I hear Tunaman (the only person I know of that still had some)has recently sold out (you may want to ask him just to make sure...). I bet you may be able to find one in the classifieds somewhere...Originally posted by MoBiLe
