Need Help With New X Valve

I have a classic automag with a newly bought X-Valve and some times the gun sill stop shooting and it feels like the trigger assemly is stuck, but I have since figured it is not that. So what would make the trigger pin not return to the normal position behind the trigger. Then once I de gas it and screw back in the tank it works fine for a couple shots? Then when I have to take the gun apart I notice that the on off pin is pushed up and I have to totally take the gun apart to slide the x-valve out of the gun. Is there something I am doing wrong?????????

Sounds like bolt stick. Try a different(bigger I believe) carrier.
    Classic RT - RT02667
    Blade IntelliFrame
    Dye Ultralight

You need to pull the trigger after it has been degassed to push back in the on/off pin so you can pull the valve. out.

Go to the next one-half size larger carrier using the SAME o-ring that is already in the carrier your gun is using right now.
