dumb barrel question #520935825
i've got an armson pro-series 10" barrel, and i've looked at like 10 different charts that says the barrel has large bore. but the charts also told me the only large bored paints are old style brass eagle, nelson challenger, and paintball mania first choice...anyone know of any other large bore paintballs or balls that would work with this barrel? the stock AGD barrels are all large bores, so whoever uses a stock barrel, what kind of paint do you use?

That chart you are looking at is so outdated, it's pretty much useless.
There are a ton of different paints out there that tend to run large bore. The best thing to do is test different paints and see how they fit your barrel and then buy just that paint. Keep in mind, paint changes from batch to batch so if it's small one weekend, the next weekend you might get the same brand of paint but it will be +.003" larger.
As long as the paint doesn't roll past your detents, it's fine. It's better to run a larger barrel with smaller paint than to run too tight of a fit.
